4. Workpieces Principle

When it works, after the preparation is finished, and dust collector, separator, elevator, screw conveyor and mesh belt conveyor system is operated, then start blasting wheel, and the machine is ready to work. First, load workpieces on mesh belt, workpieces will go ahead along with mesh belt, and then enter into blasting room along with roller. There is test device in front of inlet of blasting chamber, when the head of workpiece goes though, after calculation of PLC and finish delaying time, shot gate will open automatically, and begin to clean the workpieces. The workpieces will go ahead, meantime, they are cleaned by steel shot to remove the oxide skin, rust and sewage, until they leave the blasting room. When workpieces go into discharging roller, the cleaning work is finished for this time. When tail of workpieces go though testing, after calculation of PLC and finish delaying time, shot gate will close automatically. After the workpieces leave the blasting room completely, then unload workpieces on outlet mesh belt. Repeat this process until the work is finished, then stop machine step by step
