It applies to shipping ,car ,motorcycle ,bridge ,machine industries etc.It mainly used for eliminating the stress and surface removing rust of large steel structure ,H beam and so on

4. Working principle

 When this machine work,firstly open and run dust collector system ,separator ,elevator ,screw conveyor ,roller system,then open blasting wheel ,this machine prepare to work.Firstly load workpieces in the inlet roller,workpieces run forwardly by roller and then enter into blasting chamber along the roller .Before the entrance of blasting chamber is equipped with detection device ,when the head of workpiece through ,proceed to test, through PLC calculation and after complete delay, the shot supplying valve  opens  automatically ,then start to clean workpieces.The workpieces go forwards and shot blasting, in order to clear surface oxide, welding slag,rust and dirt and so on,until leave the cleaning room.When the tail of workpieces pass through and tested, through PLC calculation and after complete delay, the shot supplying valve turn off  automatically. Workpieces enter into outlet roller,workpieces finish cleaning .After workpieces left outlet roller completely ,worker will unload workpieces in the outlet roller.Repeat this process until the work is finished and stop the machine in turn.
