4. Working Principle

This kind of shot blasting equipment is loaded by hanger, then workpieces enter into shot blasting chamber for blasting. When it works, the equipment runs according to the following information: opening dust removing system, elevator, separator, screw conveyor and so on. First, the electric hoist will hang the workpieces and rise to a fixed position, then enter into the shot blasting chamber along with orbit horizontally, when it arrives at the fixed position, it will stop horizontal operation and begin rotating. At the moment, please close the door of shot blasting chamber and top seal .Then blasting wheel and supplying shot gate will be opened in turn. These workpieces will be blasted in shot blasting chamber. When the time fixed is finished, supplying shot gate and blasting wheel are closed in turn, please open the door of shot blasting chamber and top seal. The whole hanger workpieces will run to the certain position outside blasting chamber to unload materials by driven of electric hoist, another hanger workpieces hooked already will go to the blasting room to be blasted
